How do I place an order?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

You can cancel within 1 hour of placing the order by going to My Account â†’ Orders. After 1 hour, the order goes into production (print-on-demand) and cannot be modified or cancelled. Contact support for urgent changes.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! COD is available on orders up to â‚¹5,000 across most serviceable pincodes. A small COD fee of â‚¹30 applies. You can save â‚¹50 by paying online â€” we'll show you this option after placing a COD order.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days across India. Express delivery (2-3 business days) is available in select metro cities for â‚¹149 extra. Free shipping on all orders above â‚¹999.

We deliver to 25,000+ pincodes across India via Delhivery. Enter your pincode on any product page to check serviceability and estimated delivery date. If your pincode isn't serviceable yet, drop us a message and we'll try to arrange delivery.

How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email. You can also track from My Account â†’ Orders â†’ Track. Our tracking page shows real-time status: confirmed, printed, shipped, in transit, out for delivery, delivered.

What material are your t-shirts made of?

All our tees are 100% combed cotton, 180 GSM (grams per square meter), with bio-wash finish for extra softness. We use ring-spun cotton which is stronger and smoother than regular cotton. The print uses DTG (Direct to Garment) technology for photographic quality.

Will the print fade or crack after washing?

No! Our DTG prints are water-based and eco-friendly. They bond with the fabric fibers rather than sitting on top. Follow our care guide (wash inside out, cold water, air dry) and the print will last 50+ washes without fading or cracking.

Are your mugs microwave and dishwasher safe?

Yes to both! Our ceramic mugs use sublimation printing where the design is baked into the glaze at 200Â°C. The print will never scratch, fade, or wash off. Safe for microwave, dishwasher, and daily use.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day hassle-free return from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags. For quality defects (misprints, wrong size received), we offer free replacement or full refund â€” just send us a photo.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive the returned item: prepaid orders get refund to original payment method in 5-7 business days. COD orders get refund to your bank account in 7-10 business days (we'll ask for bank details). Store credit refunds are instant.

We don't offer direct exchanges yet. Please return the original item (free pickup for size issues) and place a new order. We'll prioritize your new order for fastest delivery. Check our size guide before ordering to get the right fit.
