Return Window

We offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy from the date of delivery.

Conditions

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Return

1. Go to My Account → Orders
2. Click "Return" on the order
3. Select reason and schedule pickup
4. Pack the item securely

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refund is credited to the original payment method or your wallet.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized/customized products, undergarments, and items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
